Teambuilding and Adventure Instruction in Maryland, Virginia and Washington, DC

Team Project Events
Team Project Events (TPEs) are an opportunity for groups and teams to participate in a combination of traditional teambuilding activities and a community service project.

GO-Team Project Event: Helium Hoop Teambuilding ActivityWhat is the Team Project Event?

TPE will consist of the following:

Games are activities that serve as icebreakers - encouraging participants to relax, act silly, and remove some of the barriers that normally keep individuals from cooperating with one another. Games are the simplest form of team challenge.

Initiatives are activities that require group members to identify a problem, make a plan for solving that problem, and initiate their plan. These challenges foster communication, commitment to theGO-Team Project Event: Human Ladder group, and leadership roles among the group members.

Trust Activities require significant commitment and communication from members of the group. Many activities bring participants off the ground, calling for spotters, and other safety considerations.

Service Project will give participants an opportunity to take part in some construction or maintenance project on the Button Farm property.

Frame-up and Debrief will give your teams an opportunity to formulate the goals, outcomes and development of the project, as well as relating the progress of the day to the development of teamwork and productivity
