Facilities:

LodgeThe Lodge
Our newly-built, year-round lodge comfortably houses up to 18 people. It is a completely self-contained building that is perfect for small groups. There are 6 bedrooms, handicapped-accessible bathrooms, flexible meeting space, a kitchen, and a central stone fireplace.

Cabins
We also offer several cabins with bunk beds that accommodate up to 44 people, perfect for summertime visits.

Main Building
Our Main Building features indoor dining and meeting space large enough for 60 people.
The Cabins

Miller Building
The Dabney Miller Center is where many of our orientation, warm up, art and teambuilding activities take place.

Fees:
Lodge - minimum of $300/night up to 10 people; $30/person/night over 10
Campsite use - minimum of $160, or $16/person/night
Meals prepared for group on site seek tp accomodate your group's needs.

Breakfast: $7
Lunch: $10
Dinner: $15

* Programs are all custom-designed and range from $30 to $100/person/day.

Reservation and Deposits:
A non-refundable deposit to equal 1/3 of the total contracted amount is due two (2) weeks after a phone or written reservation in order to reserve dates.

The remaining 2/3 balance for the program will be due four (4) weeks prior to the program.

All dates will be communicated clearly to the client, both verbally and in writing.

Note: If the program is scheduled less than four (4) weeks away, the non-refundable deposit is due within five (5) business days and the remaining 2/3 balance is due within ten (10) business days.

Cancellations and Refunds:
All deposits are non-refundable.

Refunds for the remaining contracted amount will be given as follows:
* 100% refund if cancellation occurs eight (8) weeks or more before program dates;
* 50% refund if cancellation occurs three(3) to eight (8) weeks prior to program dates;
* No full or partial refunds will be given otherwise.

Note: Our program fees are contracted for a minimun number of participants. If there are cancellations below that number, we cannot give refunds for those cancellations. If you have some participants that cancel last minute (which often happens) we cannot give partial refunds for those children.

Release Forms and Medical History Forms:
A completed Release Form and a completed Medical History Form are due for every participant (including organization staff) two (2) weeks prior to a program. No one will be allowed to participate in a program with out this submission.
